Airline Damage

For customers who experience airline damage from the airport, we suggest all customers make an airline damage claim first.

General Repair and Replacement

We will require the following information for all luggage issues:

Customer info: name, email, phone, address.

Luggage info: the model, size, and color of your luggage; the store name of the purchase; and images of the affected luggage.

We will contact customers and provide solutions once we review the images of the affected luggage.

Coverage and Fees

Free of charge: Trochi offers a worldwide 10-year warranty on wheels, grip handles, and branded tags free of charge. Telescopic handles, locks, and lining repair/replacement are free for drop-in at our Ontario repair centre, located at 13-200 West Beaver Creek Road, Richmond Hill, ON, Canada, L4B 1B4.

For luggage replacement, we require a service and handling fee as listed below.

Within Canada:

• Ontario and Quebec: $19.99 CAD
• The rest of Canada: $39.99 CAD
