What Our Warranty Covers (And What It Doesn't)

Three sizes of the TROCHI Charles Trunk hardshell luggage standing together

We make one thing, and we try to make it last. Here is exactly what that covers, and what it does not.

What the warranty covers

Qualifying TROCHI luggage carries a 10-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, with repair or replacement at our discretion under the warranty terms. Shells crack, zippers fail, wheels wear. If one of those happens because of how the case was made, it is on us.

What it does not cover: airline handling damage, abrasion and normal wear, extreme temperatures, or damage from misuse. The full terms are on the warranty page.

What happens if you change your mind

We do not accept change-of-mind returns, refunds or exchanges. That is a real constraint, and we would rather you know it before checkout than after.

What we do instead is publish the numbers. Every product page lists the external height, width and depth in inches, the empty weight in pounds, the shell material and the colours actually in stock. Measure your airline's stated limit against those figures before you order — airlines measure the full outer envelope, wheels and handle included.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us through the contact form before sending anything back. Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs. Do not return an item without authorization.
